1 lemon
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chili powder

1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/3 tbsp salt
1 tbsp cooking oil / olive oil / mustard oil

To start with the recipe for baked chicken leg, gather the required ingredients like 2 pc fresh chicken legs, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, 1 tablespoon of pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1/3 tablespoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil/olive oil/ mustard oil (for moisture and richness).

Grab the fresh chicken legs. With a sharp knife, carefully make a few deep cuts on the meaty parts of each leg. These cuts will help the marinade enter the meat, ensuring the flavors infuse deeply.

Cut the lemon into two pieces, to squeeze the lemon juice into the mixture of marinade in the next process of the recipe.

Place the chicken legs in a bowl and combine with 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp pepper powder, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp cooking oil or olive oil or mustard oil, 1/3 tbsp salt for taste, squeeze the cut lemon and mix it well.
